Marco Antonio Terragni y Daniel Ferrero (miembros del Instituto de Derecho Penal del Colegio de Abogados de Rafaela).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fernando Marcelo GentileBersano es Abogado (UNL), Especialista en derecho penal (UNL), Doctor en derecho (UCSF), especialista en la ense\u00f1anza de la educaci\u00f3n superior (UCSJ) y mediador. \u00a0Adem\u00e1s es docente de Derecho Penal Parte General y Especial del DAR de la UCSE.
